Dear John,
We’re one week away from fighting at the U.S. Supreme Court for the right of every religious employee to be able to stay true to their faith while at work.
The stakes couldn’t be higher in this case for freedom.
The Supreme Court's decision could determine how MILLIONS of Americans are able to fight back if they are put in the impossible situation of choosing between their job or their sincerely held religious beliefs.
On April 18th, we'll be at the Supreme Court representing Gerald Groff who resigned his position at the U.S. Postal Service when they refused to accommodate his religious request.
Gerald originally chose to work at the USPS knowing he could have Sundays off to honor the Lord’s Day. When the USPS started delivering on Sundays for Amazon, Gerald asked for and was granted a religious accommodation.
However, the post office changed its mind. They took away Gerald’s accommodation and began scheduling him to work on Sunday. Rather than violate his faith, he chose to leave his position with the USPS.
With just a few days left before oral argument, I want you to hear Gerald’s story first-hand as he recounts the hostile work environment that eventually drove him out of his job.
Listen to Gerald’s unwavering convictions as he bravely stood amid persecution for his beliefs:

No one should feel pressure to choose between their faith and their job.
In this country, the Constitution endows freedom to all people of faith. In fact, our Founders made this right our very First Freedom.
Gerald had the courage to stand up for this critical right even when his employer tried to intimidate him into putting his work before his faith. That’s why we are defending his rights on the frontlines of this fight.
And because his Supreme Court hearing is rapidly approaching, we are pouring a tremendous amount of resources into this critical case.
As our expert attorneys sharpen their arguments and diligently prepare this case for the highest court in the land, we need YOU on our team to ensure victory for faith and freedom.
John, will you support Gerald in this fight at the Supreme Court?
Now more than ever, a win for Gerald would be a win for all Americans, one that safeguards your rights—and the rights of your children and grandchildren—at work.
Yes, I will make a gift to protect our First Freedom today!
Grateful for your support,
Kelly
