AFGE A.P.O.W.E.R. (Asian Pacific Organized Workers Empowering Representation) was established in 2021 by AFGE’s Women’s and Fair Practices Departments in an effort to build a stronger voice for AFGE’s Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) members in the workplace, union, and broader community.
