I'm worried for our country, John. Growing up, I remember pledging allegiance to the flag in school and singing songs about the sacrifices that brave men and women made to protect our country and keep it free. I'm afraid our country is losing our American pride, and a recent Gallup poll confirms it. According to the poll, back in 1998, 70% of Americans said they were extremely proud to be an American.
