We are so excited to be starting our Ayni Spring Training Semester this week! We wanted to remind you one last time to register for our Seasons of Leadership Series Cohort 1, Movement Ecology Cohort 3, and the Rooted Leadership series whose deadline is this Wednesday, April 12th.

Our Movement Ecology Series ([link removed] ) explores the five foundational theories of change and the gifts and tensions between them. This series is about recognizing and understanding our differences as the key to harnessing the power of collaboration and synthesis between the different theories of change. It is only by recognizing our relative strengths and weaknesses that we can build movements that can hold the complexity that is required to win big.

Our Seasons of Leadership Series ([link removed] ) explores the cycles, the ebbs and flows in both our individual leadership and our respective organizations. By using the metaphor of cyclicality and natural seasons, we can better increase our strategic capacity in order to do the right thing at the right time, and to set up our future cycles for success.

The Rooted Leadership Series ([link removed] ) explores advanced themes on leadership in cultural analysis. Some of the topics we will cover in these 4 modules include; a simple framework to improve political analysis; the role of money and consumerism in organizations and individual lifestyle; tensions of “purity” in movement culture; and undergoing the commitment to being part of a lifetime of social change.

The deadline to apply for the Movement Ecology Cohort 3 series, along with Cohort 1 of Seasons of Leadership and the Rooted Leadership Series, are all tomorrow, Wednesday April 12th.
