Summary: DHS recently published Bulletin #23-21-08, which announces timelines for restarting MA renewals after continuous coverage requirements end. These timelines also apply to reassessments for waiver and Alternative Care (AC) programs, including financial eligibility redeterminations for the AC program.?This eList provides specific instructions related to waiver eligibility, timing of reassessments, financial eligibility renewals and AC-specific information.

Summary:?DHS updated this eList to change guidance based on the pause on launch of the MnCHOICES revision project. All assessors must translate the scores of the mental status evaluation to a Mini-Cog value. Lead agencies should review this eList again to ensure they are following the correct instructions.?

Summary:?Beginning April 17, 2023, the SASD Support Team no longer will accept/process forms received by fax. Instead, lead agencies and providers must submit requests using the submit button on the online versions of the 4074, 4074A, 4292 and 4689A forms.?
