We’ve said from the start that Lucas is committed to building this movement the right way — entirely powered by real people like you, not corrupt mega-donors or corporate PACs. And we’re proud of that commitment, but here’s the reality:
Politicians like Josh Hawley have virtually unlimited access to campaign cash from corporate elites and GOP mega-donors. And since Hawley is the most vulnerable Republican senator up for re-election this cycle, they’re all-in to defend him.
Insiders at the National Republican Senatorial Committee have already come at Lucas fast and early with desperate attacks. They’ve conspired with DC special interests to tear down Lucas AND the movement we’re building together… and Josh Hawley even said himself that our race “is going to be one of the closest in America” this year.
So here’s the situation: We have about 19 months (574 days, if you’re counting) between right now and Election Day 2024 — and we need to spend every day between now and then getting Lucas’ message in front of voters, standing up to these attacks, and holding Hawley accountable for betraying our country.
