Texas Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled on Friday against the FDA’s approval of abortion medication, halting production on the drug. But immediately after, a Washington State judge ordered the FDA to keep the drug available.

So where does that leave the future of abortion medication? According to the New York Times , it’s likely headed to the Supreme Court.

In the meantime, it’s critical that in states like Texas where abortion rights have been destroyed, we work to decriminalize abortion.
