Did you see the news, team?

Texas Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled on Friday against the FDA’s approval of abortion medication, halting production on the drug. But immediately after, a Washington State judge ordered the FDA to keep the drug available.

So where does that leave the future of abortion medication? According to the New York Times , it’s likely headed to the Supreme Court.

In the meantime, it’s critical that in states like Texas where abortion rights have been destroyed, we work to decriminalize abortion. That means ensuring no law enforcement resources are used to harass and criminalize Texans for getting abortion care. That’s exactly what Ground Game Texas is doing.

We’ve launched the first abortion ballot initiative in Texas since Roe was overturned—and we need your help to pass it. Can you chip in $15, $20, or whatever you can afford, to help us Get Out the Vote? [[link removed]]

Team, a right-wing activist judge is trying to single handedly eliminate access to medication used by millions over two decades. It’s not enough for Republicans to ban abortion in states like Texas—now they want to end access to abortion medication for ALL Americans.

We must fight back—in the courts and at the ballot box. That’s why Ground Game Texas has launched the first abortion ballot initiative in Texas since Roe was overturned.

The San Antonio Justice Charter would decriminalize abortion, meaning no police resources could be used to harass or criminalize Texans for seeking abortion care. Can you help us pass it? Chip in $15, $20, or whatever you can to help us Get Out The Vote. [[link removed]]
