John: Here’s where things stand

FIRST: On Friday, a deeply conservative Texas judge appointed by Donald Trump ruled to SUSPEND the medication abortion drug mifepristone.

THEN: Less than two hours later, a federal judge in Washington state ruled that the FDA must keep medication abortion drugs available in more than a dozen states.

NOW: With two conflicting rulings, this case is likely on the fast track to the conservative majority Supreme Court – where just last year the Court overturned Roe, throwing our health care system into crisis.

Right now the Department of Justice is fighting to overturn this ruling and stop extremists from stripping Americans of vital health care. But to win they’ll need the American public on their side.
