Assignment: April 14, 2023
Dear Believers, Friends, and Fellow Students,
Ramadan Mubarak! We extend to you our warmest wishes for a blessed and fulfilling Ramadan. As we enter the last 10 days of this sacred month, known as The Days of Seeking Refuge, we hope that you have been granted immense blessings and spiritual growth.
This week, with Allah's grace, we will resume our study session with Study Guide 20: Closing The Gap Part I. In the Foreword, Student Minister Ava beautifully described The Honorable Minister Farrakhan as,
“…the manifestation of Allah's Mercy, not only on the Black man and woman, but all of humanity. When you look at him you see what Mercy looks like: beautiful, elegant, impeccable in style and movement; when you listen to him, you hear what Mercy sounds like: the clear and precise statement of God's View of what is happening; what He intends to do about it; how and when He will take action. When you go where he says go, you are following Allah's Mercy; when you stay away from where he says stay away from, you are avoiding that which is not within the embrace of Allah's Mercy.”
This week we will focus on Question 3 (page 4):
- In what way do you feel the leadership of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan has been of benefit to you? In what way do you feel you have been of help to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in carrying out his Mission?
Let us approach this discussion with humility, sincerity, and a willingness to improve ourselves and our communities. We pray that our study and reflection during these last days of Ramadan will bring us closer to Allah and inspire us to continue striving harder in all aspects of our lives.
May Allah continue to bless us with Love and the Light of Understanding!
