The (completely incorrigible and dis)Honorable Judge Kacsmaryk finally and predictably ruled to roll back FDA approval of mifepristone, while nearly simultaneously a Washington judge PROHIBITED the FDA from pulling mifepristone off the market. North Carolina is trying to pass a bill that bans abortion AT CONCEPTION, and in a “did not have on our bingo card” moment, a pro-choice, Emily’s List-endorsed LIFELONG Democrat has decided to switch parties, giving the NC GOP a supermajority which, if she votes with them, gives them carte blanche to actually ban abortion!
