Daily Kos is being sued by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Don't let the famously liberal name fool you, though. He's an anti-vaxxer who CNN's Jake Tapper recently declared a "healthcare menace." Kennedy just jumped into the race against President Biden after being recruited by Trump lackey Steve Bannon—and that's all you need to know about this guy.

Daily Kos has had to fight this case in two courts, in California and New York, and we're now waiting on appeal. That's not cheap. Kennedy has a personal fortune that could keep this thing going for a long time to come, but we don't. Daily Kos is an independent outlet. We don't have billionaire backers or big corporate sponsors. We have you.

Jack, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.—one of the most prominent anti-vaxxers in the world and Nazi cavorter, who's been condemned by several members of his own family—declared this week that he will challenge President Biden for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2024.

If that wasn’t hilariously pathetic enough, here's the kicker: Kennedy was recruited into the race by Steve Bannon, one of the masterminds of the Trump 2016 campaign, to be a "useful chaos agent."

RFK Jr. rocketed from the fringes into the mainstream with the rise of anti-vaxx hysteria during the pandemic and has been derided as a "quack" and "healthcare menace." He is also pathetically thin-skinned, currently suing Daily Kos for a community post about a rally he attended alongside Nazis.

Right now, we're waiting on an appeals court, which means we're still going to need to shell out serious cash to fight this frivolous lawsuit while Kennedy does Bannon's bidding in the primary against Biden.
