Nevada Republicans are doing everything they can to limit voting in the Battle Born State. [[link removed]] Under the GOP’s proposed plan, mail-in ballots would have to be returned by election day (as opposed to having been postmarked by election day) and all voters would be required to show voter ID.

According to the ACLU , voter ID laws “deprive many voters of their right to vote” and “disproportionately impact low-income, racial and ethnic minorities, the elderly, and people with disabilities.”
