This is a massive win for LIFE.

Friend,
Your support, prayers, and relentless determination just led to a massive
victory in the fight against deadly chemical abortion.
A U.S. District Court in Texas has issued an injunction HALTING the FDA’s
approval of mifepristone – one of the dangerous drugs used to perform deadly
chemical abortions.
This single drug is used in more than 50% of all abortions in the United
States!
But the fight against grisly chemical abortion is far from over…
Pro-abortion forces are FURIOUS, and they're already pushing other dangerous
alternatives as they appeal the ruling and vow to take the issue all the way to
the Supreme Court.
Please make a contribution to help us keep up the fight against deadly
chemical abortion on the heels of this MASSIVE victory for LIFE.

Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled that the FDA’s original approval of mifepristone
and the recent decision to allow it to be prescribed remotely were both
unlawful.
In his opinion, he agreed that the FDA prioritized politics over patients:
“But here, FDA acquiesced on its legitimate safety concerns – in violation of
its statutory duty – based on plainly unsound reasoning and studies that did
not support its conclusions. There is also evidence indicating FDA faced
significant political pressure to forego its proposed safety precautions to
better advance the political objective of increased ‘access’ to chemical
abortion – which was the ‘whole idea of mifepristone.’”
The ruling reaffirms that pregnancy is not an illness, and abortion is not
healthcare.
Every time a woman takes one of these pills, it tragically ends the life of an
unborn child.
Additionally, evidence shows that it can have a whole host of horrific side
effects for the mother – including severe bleeding, intense pain, the need for
surgery, andeven death.
Unfortunately, that didn’t stop the Biden-Harris FDA from ignoring the science
and approving these dangerous abortion drugs for sale by mail-order without any
in-person doctor visit.
It was past time that a federal court took action to rein in the Biden-Harris
Administration’s radically pro-abortion FDA.
Polling shows that Americans don’t believe the FDA’s assertions that chemical
abortion drugs are safe, and a strong majority doesn’t want them to be
distributed by mail.
But as more and more states implement strong pro-life protections, the Big
Abortion Lobby will fight tooth and nail to defend its ‘insurance policy’ of
mail-order abortion pills.
We’re counting on your support to continue the battle against these deadly
chemical abortion drugs as we face intense backlash from enraged pro-abortion
forces.
So please, make a contribution to help us keep up the fight against deadly
chemical abortion on the heels of this MASSIVE victory for LIFE.
