I'm sitting with Andrew back stage right now, thinking about how excited I am for tonight. Which made me think: Can you imagine how it'll feel to watch the debate in September if Andrew is not on that stage? Would it be worth watching? We have come so far together, overcome every obstacle in our path, and beat every odd placed against us.
It would be devastating not to be on that stage.
Yesterday, we told you the latest news about the DNC declaring that our second poll was not a qualifying poll – news which effectively removed Andrew from the debate stage in September. We also let you in on our plan to fight our way back onto that stage – a $300,000 fundraising goal in 7 days for an ad buy in the early primary states.
I am so happy to say that we put out the call to action and the Yang Gang raised nearly half of our goal in the first 12 hours! We still have about $150,000 to go so we can spread Andrew’s message in the early states.
