The application deadline for the second cycle of the Ben Barres Early Career Acceleration Award is less than two weeks away.
The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) invites letters of intent from early career academic investigators, especially those who are new to the field of neurodegeneration. Awards will provide mentored support for early career investigators to conduct bold, innovative, and rigorous research in the basic science underlying neurodegenerative disease and fundamental neuroscience. Early career investigators will also benefit from mentored support and resources of the CZI Neurodegeneration Challenge Network.
Awards are $1.2M in total costs over four years. Applications are due April 20, 2023 at 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Full details here.
