Today marks the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement. 

It’s a good day to reflect on the great things that can be achieved when Britain works with our international partners. 

As architect of the Good Friday Agreement and Nobel Peace Prize winner John Hume said, the EU is the greatest example of conflict resolution in world history.

The Good Friday Agreement is a proud part of that legacy. 

With your help John, we’ve helped protect this legacy:

• We successfully organised the opposition to the government’s law-breaking Northern Ireland Protocol Bill which has now been binned. 
• We brought MPs and business leaders to Northern Ireland to gather evidence on the Protocol itself and make recommendations to the government.
• And after their recommendations were reflected in the Windsor Framework, we gathered 78 business leaders to support a more constructive relationship with the EU

But there is more to be done.

The Retained EU Law Bill and Government threats to leave the European Convention on Human Rights could still undermine the Good Friday Agreement.
