Legislative Update
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
On Tuesday evening, the Legislature adjourned for our Easter/Passover Break, but prior to that we were busy hearing omnibus budget bills in our committees. We anticipate the budget bills being passed off of the floor in the coming weeks and I will keep you updated on this process as new details emerge. Over the break I will be reviewing the language in these bills and suggesting solutions that stop the spending spree and make our government more fiscally responsible.
I hope you were able to spend some time with loved ones this week. Happy Easter!
