Now, I've been at this politics ‘business' for a loooong time and I can safely say this:
There's no state quite like Pennsylvania.
Just last year, Pennsylvania was home to one of the closest (and most expensive) Senate races I've seen. You had snake oil salesman Dr. Oz backed by super PACs, spending heaps of cash to flood the airwaves with nasty attack ads.
And now the GOP is at it again. The National Republican Senate Committee doesn't even have a candidate in this race yet but they're already spending a fortune on false ads attacking Bob. They'll do anything they can to win this seat and snatch the Senate majority away from us.
That's why today we can't just make a big splash.
We've gotta deliver a damn tsunami of grassroots donations for Bob to show everyone just how serious we are about defending this seat and our Senate majority. That's why we need at least 350 Founding Donors to step up today.
