Mark your calendars for the Fort Kearny Expo

It's back! Fort Kearny State Recreation Area is once again hosting an outdoor expo on May 13 filled with fun activities for the whole family.

From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., stop by and enjoy hands-on activities of all kinds, including fishing, kayaking, target shooting, archery, bowfishing and more. People of all ages and experience levels are welcome!

Other attractions include a Kids Outdoor Discovery Zone, campground games, a hot dog roast and historical reenactments.

A park entry permit is required, but all activities are free of charge. Don't miss it!
