From all of us at Live Action: Happy Easter! He has risen!

The victory we celebrate today is the victory we can celebrate every day within the pro-life movement: Death itself is defeated.

Christ has already conquered what we fight to prevent for innocent preborn children every day - death itself.

Despite all we’ve accomplished for the protection of preborn children, on some days darkness and the sheer evil we face can seem overwhelming. Thousands of children are still being killed every day in America, throughout all nine months of pregnancy.

But we can find our hope and strength in the Easter reality: Death does not have the final say.

When we feel our efforts are in vain, we can remember that Christ’s victory came after a perceived defeat.

To those who are feeling like they have no option but to kill their child through abortion - Love is stronger than fear.

To those who have had an abortion already and feel the deep pain and regret of their lost children - Love is stronger than death.

Today, we celebrate the hope and healing that come from the profound reality that God Himself was killed, and yet He lives. We have the profound joy of being the messengers of this hope and healing to all we encounter.

Let’s celebrate and remain at peace, knowing miracles do happen. I pray you and your loved ones are filled with victorious joy not only today on Easter, but every day.
