The day President Joe Biden was inaugurated, he halted the construction of the border wall and began enacting a series of policies to incentivize historically massive levels of illegal immigration. 

Since January 20, 2021, 

• Over 6 million illegal migrants have crossed into our nation’s borders from over 160 countries, including at least 
• 1.2 million known “got-aways”
• 182 individuals on the terror watch list and counting.

Our open southern border also acts as a freeway for fentanyl into American cities and towns. According to the NIH, 70,601 Americans died from fentanyl poisoning in 2021 alone.

Americans should no longer suffer the burden and consequences of Biden’s border crisis. 

Heritage Action is working with conservatives in the House and activating grassroots activists nationwide to demand a robust border security package. 

Congress must put forth and vote on legislation that will:

1. End Asylum Fraud
2. End “catch and release”
3. Finish the Border Wall
4. Increase Border Patrol resources in conjunction with closing loopholes in the immigration system

In addition, the legislation MUST prioritize securing the border, NOT providing amnesty and encouraging more illegal immigration. I AGREE >>>

During the last election cycle, the American people sent conservatives to Washington with a mandate to secure the border and curb illegal immigration. Anything less would be a dereliction of duty.
