Team – Conservative Texas Judge Reed O’Connor just gave the far-right a MAJOR victory! He struck down a provision of the ACA that requires insurers to cover many basic preventive care services at no cost to patients – potentially putting more than 150 million Americans on the financial hook, or forcing them to go without essential health care.

O’Connor, a George W. Bush appointee, has made a career out of attacking the ACA with controversial decisions out of the mainstream. Many of his rulings have been overturned in the past. But if we want to stop this one from going into effect, Democrats must act now across the country!
