Last night, as folks were signing off for the weekend, a Trump-appointed federal judge in Texas ruled to overturn FDA approval of a common and safe pill used for medication abortions and to treat miscarriages.

Let us reiterate this: Mifepristone is safe and effective. In fact, it’s the most common form of abortion in our country and has been in use for over two decades.

Look, it’s clear that extreme Republicans are doing everything possible to strip women of their bodily autonomy. This is a five-alarm fire. Please rush an emergency donation — $10 or as much as you can — to elect Democrats like Lisa who will always stand up for abortion rights.
