sounding the alarm:

According to a recent report by the New York Times, the Biden
administration is “considering reviving the practice of detaining migrant
families.”

President Biden ran on ending Trump’s xenophobic, white nationalist
immigration policies. Our communities didn’t organize and turn out in
record numbers for Biden for him to reverse course.

It would be a huge betrayal to us all for his administration to backtrack
and reinstate the horrifying, traumatic, and unjust policy of imprisoning
migrant parents with their children — including babies.

Families don’t belong in detention centers,
John.
