In a recent ruling, the requirement for insurers to fully cover preventative care has been struck down. This comes from the same Texas federal judge who ruled the Affordable Care Act as unconstitutional before the Supreme Court upheld it.

This new ruling means more than 160 million Americans are at risk of losing coverage for everyday needs like mammograms to ensure expecting mothers don’t have breast cancer and HIV prevention medicine that reduces contraction rates by 99 percent.
