Supreme Court allows transgender athlete to compete on female sports team
The Supreme Court just allowed a biological man to compete in Women’s sports.
That’s right. In a procedural decision, the Supreme Court refused to uphold a law that simply demanded that all biological males, including those identifying as transgender girls, be ineligible to participate in girls’ sports teams.
Attorney General Patrick Morrisey led this fight…and he is not giving up.
We MUST continue fighting for Women’s sports.
