Two major rulings were just released in the fight for medication abortion access.

In Texas, a Trump-appointed judge has issued a ruling in the case surrounding the FDA approval of the abortion pill mifepristone that could deny millions of Americans access to this essential medication. In Washington, 18 Democratic AGs secured a ruling in their case that will help safeguard access to medication abortion. We’re still learning what this means for medication abortion access in the long run — and to be sure, Dem AGs are and will remain the last line of defense in protecting mifepristone — but this is for certain:

Ultra-conservative, anti-abortion politicians and groups, including Republican Attorneys General, will use every weapon possible to continue attacking abortion access in America.
