CONGRESSMAN GAETZ GOES ON INGRAHAM ANGLE: "TRUMP WILL FIGHT BACK!"
On Tuesday, Rep. Brian Mast and I joined Laura Ingraham on the The Ingraham Angle to discuss the unprecedented arraignment of President Trump after he was indicted by Soros-funded Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
After speaking with President Trump this week, I noticed he has a renewed sense of focus. He knows that if he doesn't stand and fight, the American people are next on the menu for a corrupt system that has been weaponized and become dangerous to our country.
Before this sham indictment, America had moral authority throughout the world to be able to push back against despots and dictators that would jail their political rivals and their predecessors. Now America has entered a new era, a diminished one that President Trump deeply regrets for the sake of our country. However, just like he did during his term as president, President Trump is ready to fight back and bring about real change for the American people!
FIREBRAND EP. 96: REP. GAETZ REACTS TO TRUMP INDICTMENT ALONGSIDE GAVIN WAX!
I was joined on Firebrand by Gavin Wax, the president of the New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC), to discuss what transpired in Manhattan while President Trump was there for his arraignment. As a display of solidarity for the former president, the NYYRC organized a peaceful rally outside the court in New York City. Despite warnings of possible violence from the local authorities, including New York Mayor Eric Adams, the gathering turned out to be a reasonably calm protest. In addition, we discuss Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney.
In addition, we discussed Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney. Mr. Bragg has stitched together an indictment that is legal foolishness. However, this is expected from someone who has a terrible track record as district attorney. One has to wonder if Mr. Bragg has ulterior motives for going after President Trump. Alvin Bragg was a nobody 20 minutes ago, and now he's this internationally known name because he's taken this action against our country.
During this episode, I also discussed the Speaker’s election and the objectives of the group of members who participated in the contest in a non-traditional way. The Heritage Foundation recently put together a terrific short film on what we were fighting for and how we were choosing to lower our shoulders and weigh in. Remember, our focus is on borders and budgets, and bureaucrats. But if we do not use the tools we obtained from the Speaker’s contest to force change, then we have achieved nothing from it. We'll have those flash points coming up on the debt limit, government funding, and major border legislation. We will be there to hold the House of Representatives accountable.
