I want to wish you a very Happy Easter weekend!
I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy time with family and friends, and reflect on the many blessings in our lives. Each day, I am grateful for my family -- my pride and joy, and my biggest supporters. I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Iowans, and that you have placed your trust in me to serve. And I am grateful for my faith that continues to ground and guide me each day.
During holidays, I am always reminded of those who are away from their families. I am so grateful to our service members, first responders, and law enforcement officers for the sacrifices they make to keep our country safe. I am keeping all those who protect and serve our nation in my prayers.
