John–I just launched my very first reelection campaign for the U.S. Senate in Nevada. Can I take just a minute to explain why this race is so important?

Right now, analysts at FiveThirtyEight say that the GOP has “a clear path” to retaking the Senate majority – and it could all come down to what happens in Nevada.

In the last Senate race here, the GOP spent over $55 MILLION to turn Nevada red – and they nearly succeeded. Democrats won by less than a percentage point. Just 7,928 votes.

This means we have zero room for error. With The Washington Post calling me one of the most vulnerable senators up for reelection, the GOP is coming after me as a TOP target for defeat – already launching misleading attack ads against me.

I’m going to need grassroots supporters like you by my side to win. But with just hours left to reach our Reelection Founding Donor goal, my team says we’re still falling short.
