Team, when I was elected to Congress, I promised to focus on making life easier for regular families.

A lot of that work means taking on the big fights — defending abortion rights, standing up for Social Security and Medicare, and helping lower costs for hardworking Coloradans.

But one thing that surprises a lot of people when I tell them what it’s like to serve in the House of Representatives is how much of our time is also spent on under-the-radar issues — resolving problems that are critically important but that never make front-page news.

I’m proud to be working to end the mail delays that are making life harder for families in the Buena Vista and Twin Lakes community. I’m proud to be helping constituents access the Social Security and veterans’ benefits that they’ve earned after a lifetime of service and sacrifice. And I’m proud to fight for federal investments in programs important to our community like Head Start.

I love doing this job because I’m committed to serving our community in every way I can, but the thing is, Team, I need your help to keep me here. If we let Republicans flip this seat red, then all the work we’ve done will come to an abrupt halt.

Can I count on you to pitch in a few dollars today and make sure I can keep serving Colorado in Congress for years to come? [[link removed]]

Whether it’s defending our nation’s democracy or helping a single constituent solve a problem with their federal benefits, I’m committed to giving this job my all every single day, and I’d be so honored to have your support.

Thank you so much,

Brittany
