Governor Youngkin and First Lady Suzanne S. Youngkin presented the first 2023 Spirit of Virginia Award to Cameron’s Coffee & Chocolates, a business enterprise of the nonprofit Every1 Can Work, which provides permanent employment opportunities for young adults living with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Governor Youngkin recognized Virginia Beach’s Hometown Hero, Sanford “Sandy” Wilson, who selflessly and courageously rescued four family members from a submerged sinking vehicle. He serves as a perfect example to all, strengthening the Spirit of Virginia.

Governor Youngkin and the First Lady of Virginia attended William & Mary’s important mental health forum. Their goal for a responsive behavioral health system built on prevention, response, and evidence-based treatment is bold, but Virginians are depending on the Right Help, Right Now.

Governor Youngkin addressed the Third District Omega Psi Phi, who are at the heart of what makes our Commonwealth so strong, by inspiring Virginians to unlock ideas that make a difference for a future we all want.

Governor Youngkin and the First Lady of Virginia visited the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, which is home to permanent country music exhibits that tell a story of how the now famous “Bristol Sessions” still resonate and influence music today.

Governor Youngkin spent Sunday at Richmond Raceway’s Toyota Owners 400 race! There he recognized Virginia’s own Wood Brothers Racing team. 

Governor Youngkin took part in Hampton University’s historical investiture of President Darrell K. Williams as its 13th President. President Williams’ distinguished service to our Nation and inspiring work as a business leader has prepared him well to take up the mantle and lead Hampton nation.
