I'm excited to announce that former Governor Ralph Northam and First Lady Pamela Northam have endorsed my candidacy.

I was so proud to serve in the House of Delegates while they were in the Governor's mansion. Under the Northam administration, we got a lot done — including expanding Medicaid, requiring background checks for gun sales, strengthening civil rights protections in housing and public accommodations, and decriminalizing marijuana.

One of the reasons I'm running for State Senate is to ensure that we maintain our narrow Democratic majority and stop Glenn Youngkin from rolling back the incredible progress made under the Northams' leadership.

To have their support at this critical stage of the primary speaks volumes about the power of our message. I'm truly honored to gain the endorsement of these leaders who've done so much to improve life in the Commonwealth.
