Thank you to Anthony Fadale for catching the amendments to the Senate Substitute for HB 2016, the abusive Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) lawsuits being left out of my legislative update.

The Senate amended the bill on the floor to make it only about websites and changed "shall" to "may" about the reasonable attorney's fees being paid.  If you have questions, please talk to an attorney about it.
