State Dementia Plan Summits:?Registration Open

Hello,

We are excited to invite you to the 2024?2028 State Dementia Plan summits, which will be held in-person and virtually this spring and summer. Please join partners from around the state as we strategize how to improve dementia care during the next five years. During each of these summits, we will seek your input on: 1) What you think we should emphasize in the next State Dementia Plan; and 2) What you see as your role in implementing the plan.

Please register to reserve your spot at one of the Dementia Plan summits:

• May 21, 10:00 a.m., Wilderness Resort, Wisconsin Dells
• June 9, 10:00 a.m., Virtual Summit, Zoom
• June 14, 12:00 p.m., Virtual Summit, Zoom

Please note: The May 21 summit will take place immediately before the Wisconsin State Alzheimer's Association Conference. This event is supported, but not planned, by the Alzheimer's Association.?Registration for the free Dementia Plan summit does not include admission to the Alzheimer's Association Conference.
