A Day of Love and Death

Good Friday – the day that Jesus Christ died. We observe this day soberly and with solemnity, saving our jubilance for Sunday and the resurrection.  It is a day that puts our sin front and center.  That’s enough to sober anybody up.  It is also a day wherein God accomplishes much.
