TikTok is a Chinese Communist Party spy app. It’s hoovering up Americans’ private data, including texts, contacts, and pictures.
It’s a propaganda weapon. TikTok has become a news source for millions of Americans, which means millions of our citizens are being shown pro-CCP messages every single day.
Ronald Reagan would never have let Russian Communists do this. Why would ever let Chinese Communists?
Maybe worst of all, TikTok is corrupting our kids with obscene and violent content.
It floods American teenagers’ phones with violent pornography, and it pushes the trans insanity on vulnerable kids who don’t know better. The last thing we need is a Chinese Communist Party Spy App being used by predatory adults who want to conduct horrific and barbaric trans surgeries on children.

Joe Biden won’t do anything about TikTok. He’s too busy dancing around with TikTok “influencers” at the White House, including men who believe they are little girls.
Unhinged liberals in the Squad, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, are defending TikTok and mocking conservatives who want to put America first.
And other Democrats are saying they don’t want to ban TikTok because it would make their voters angry. That’s what they care about, not protecting America’s children.
Communist China wants to rip America apart, steal our data, and poison our kids’ minds. TikTok is one of their main weapons for doing so. And these socialists are happy to go along with it.
I’m not going to sit by and let it happen.
My bill — the SAFETY on Social Media Act — would be the FIRST total ban on TikTok America.
It would blacklist all social media channels controlled by foreign adversaries and kick them off the app store.
It would force every American who sells out to work for these social media companies to register as a foreign agent, and it would block visas for their foreign employees.
This is our chance to root out TikTok’s poison. If we’re going to get it done, patriots like you can’t sit on the sidelines.
