This is urgent, friends: President Trump and Mitch McConnell are planning to pack our courts directly from ultraconservative Republican AG offices - but right now NO ONE is fighting back to stop them.

The future of our entire judicial system depends on stopping Republican AGs BEFORE they get elected in the first place - but if we can't defeat Republican AGs at the state level and dry up Trump's pipeline of dangerous right-wing judges, we can kiss the future of our courts goodbye.

Blocking Trump and McConnell from packing our courts starts at the state level, and if we're going to have a shot at defeating Republican AGs in November, we NEED to hit our fundraising targets - but we're still 315 donors short of our goal.

Here's how Trump and McConnell's pipeline works: First, Republican AGs are elected at the state level with the support of dark money groups to carry out extreme right-wing agendas in their home states. Then Trump rewards their teams with lifetime court appointments.

Trump's ability to reshape the judiciary for a generation has given him control over issues like health care, reproductive rights and abortion access, and more - and all of this has been fueled by Republican Attorneys General and dark money groups. We have a chance to put a stop to it, but we'll need every grassroots Democrat by our side.
