Immigration Group Examines Laws That Allow Illegal Aliens To Vote In U.S. Elections Over Possible Risks

The Immigration Reform Law Institute is examining laws that allow illegal immigrants to vote in elections saying such laws could lead to “planned erosion and dismemberment” of the United States.

IRLI, D.C. Candidate for Mayor Sue to Stop D.C. Alien Voting Law

A D.C. law allowing aliens—including illegal aliens and even foreign diplomats—who reside in the city to vote in municipal elections went into effect. Simultaneously, IRLI, representing Stacia Hall, the Republican candidate for D.C. mayor in 2022, and also six other U.S. citizen D.C. voters, brought suit to strike down the law.

Victory! Biden’s Catch-and-Parole Policy Vacated

In a major victory, a Florida federal district court granted summary judgment to the state of Florida, vacating the Biden policy of catching and paroling illegal aliens. The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) had filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the case urging that result.

The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has submitted a friend-of-the-court brief before a California state appellate court in a case in which citizen voters challenge a San Francisco alien voting law. The law gives the right to vote in school board elections to alien residents of the city.

The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) filed a friend-of-the-court brief in a Texas federal district court urging it to grant the motion of twenty states for a preliminary injunction against the Biden administration’s new app for mass migration.
