MCB calls upon UK Government to scrap cruel Anti-Refugee Bill
The MCB has called on the UK government to scrap the 'Illegal Migration Bill', also known as the 'Anti-Refugee' or 'Refugee Ban Bill', before its second reading in parliament.
The highly controversial bill would remove protections from modern slavery and give the Home Secretary the power to detain refugees, asylum seekers, and even children indefinitely.
Muslim Council of Britain Condemns Attack on Al Aqsa Mosque during Ramadan
The MCB condemns the storming of the Al Aqsa Mosque during Ramadan, where Palestinian worshippers were beaten and Israeli forces fired stun grenades and tear gas inside the mosque, causing distress within British Muslim communities.
