t of Transportation have won in court and are headed to trial!=20
Trial dates are set and will begin September 26, 2023 - THIS YEAR!
This will be the WORLD=E2=80=99S FIRST EVER climate trial of a state transp=
ortation system!

planet, these young people in Hawai=CA=BBi are holding their state transpor=
tation department accountable for its actions that worsen the climate crisi=
s and violate the youth=E2=80=99s constitutional rights. Trial in Navahine =
F. v. Hawai=CA=BBi Department of Transportation is a huge step toward achie=
ving climate justice for these 14 young climate leaders and all young peopl=
e across the Islands as well as advancing protection of the rights of child=
ren and youth in other jurisdictions across the U.S. and around the globe.=

Trial dates are set and will begin September 26, 2023 - THIS YEAR!
This will be the WORLD’S FIRST EVER climate trial of a state transportation system!
