We can’t build an Arizona for everyone without this factor. ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏

John, a big part of building an Arizona for everyone is ensuring everyone gets a seat at the table.
That’s because historically, our elected officials have largely come from the same demographic — straight, white, wealthy men.
It doesn’t require looking at Census data to see how unrepresentative that is of Arizona, John.
There’s so much we need to do in order to make our government a more diverse, inclusive one, which is why I've spent the past few weeks meeting with Dreamers, members of our Native communities, folks working to provide homeless services, LGBTQ+ youth, and other Arizonans to hear what issues are impacting them the most.
And in order to deliver solutions to all Arizonans, regardless of their background, I’ll need the support of this grassroots team.
So I’m humbly asking John, will you pitch in today to ensure I have the resources to continue meeting with folks from all across Arizona and deliver solutions to the issues affecting us all?
