We have breaking news.

This morning, ProPublica dropped a bombshell piece on Clarence Thomas, meticulously outlining the lavish gifts and trips he accepted but never disclosed from GOP mega donor, Harlan Crow.

We’re talking private jet rides, cruises on luxury yachts, all-expenses paid trips to Indonesia and New Zealand. He even stayed at Crow’s lakeside resort free of charge, complete with staff on hand to make milkshakes.

While Thomas enjoyed all these extravagant gifts, he was in the company of heavy hitting conservative power brokers and big donors. People like Leonard Leo, a longtime Federalist Society leader and GOP mega donor, and Mark Paoletta, former General Counsel of the Office of Management and Budget in the Trump administration. And that’s just who we know about.

Want the cherry on top? While he was jet-setting and buddying up to conservative activists, he disclosed none of this to the public.

This is blatantly unethical, and it must be investigated. In two clicks, email your senators and tell them to investigate and hold Clarence Thomas accountable.

Time and time again, the Supreme Court has shown us that when they are left to police themselves, no one is held accountable. And it’s not just Clarence Thomas or some one-off incident.

Justice Alito has taken dinners with conservative anti-abortion activists, allegedly leaking reproductive health decisions. Brett Kavanaugh was hobnobbing with conservative activists at a Christmas party last year. And Ginni Thomas, Clarence’s wife, was texting with Mark Meadows during the insurrection.

Congress has the power to hold Supreme Court justices accountable. It’s time that they do and start with Clarence Thomas. Email your senators today and demand they investigate him.
