When the clock hits zero, our January fundraising deadline will pass. It's an important deadline for a few reasons. In this month alone:
1. Beto O'Rourke campaigned in our district for my Democratic opponents.
2. Cheri Bustos, the leader of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, added our district to their list of prime targets for takeover in November.
3. And this week, they poured over $1 million into Houston television markets to spread lies and misinformation about the voting records of me and my Republican colleagues.

I'm asking for your help to finish January with a strong war chest. The Democrats are giving everything they've got to turn Texas blue in November and flip my seat to one of their Beto surrogates.

I'm grateful to all the supporters who have stepped up to help me before. Their investment has enabled us to build a campaign that can readily fight back against the Democrats' deceit.
