We’ve got some bad news, John:
In yet another attack on the Affordable Care Act (ACA), a federal judge in Texas ruled that employers nationwide are no longer required to cover some vital, preventative health services under the law.
This spells disaster for more than 150 million Americans who rely on employer-sponsored health plans by forcing them to pay out of pocket for:

Crucial
preventative
screenings
including
for
skin
and
lung
cancer
*
Statins

and
medications
including

pre-exposure
prophylaxis
(PrEP)
which

up
to
$20,000
a

As we all know, having access to preventative health care and all health care is critical to not only helping keep us healthy but is also a right for every American — not just for the privileged few.
What’s even more worrisome is that this ruling could have implications on the ACA’s contraception mandate — and further extreme anti-abortion Republicans’ ultimate goal to eradicate reproductive rights and harm women and health care providers by criminalizing abortion care.
Make no mistake, the groups bringing these lawsuits to sabotage Americans’ health care are motivated by bigotry and intolerance, and are disingenuous at best.
John, if you agree that all Americans need and deserve access to quality, affordable health care, including vital preventative care, please add your name so we know who’s with us in this fight >>> [[link removed]]
