Mississippi’s GOP AG Lynn Fitch is a staunch and aggressive opponent of abortion rights who used her role as AG to dismantle the protections of Roe v. Wade. Fitch represented Mississippi in the Dobbs case, and argued in favor of the state’s 15-week abortion ban to the Supreme Court.
Lynn Fitch believes abortion bans “empower” women — we know this couldn’t be farther from the truth. Abortion bans endanger women and patients. Everyone deserves the freedom to make their own decisions when it comes to their reproductive health care.
