Participate in first Nebraska Birding Bowl

Join the fun and participate in the first Nebraska Birding Bowl. This free, statewide birding competition will take place throughout May, which is Nebraska Bird Month.

Southwest Nebraska state parks get improvements

Guests at southwest Nebraska state park areas were treated to some improvements in 2022, with more set to be completed in 2023. They include a $1 million boating access project at Enders Reservoir State Recreation Area, new boat docks and fish cleaning stations, and more.
