Dear Friend,
You’re invited to join us for this year’s Safe Haven Awards Gala on May 24th, 2023!
Returning once again to the Tribeca Rooftop, this event will be an evening of hope, inspiration, and community that you won’t want to miss. We will be honoring Kirkland & Ellis, Kramer Levin and Stroock Stroock & Levin, along with celebrating our larger incredible pro-bono network of over 150 firms across the nation.
Your support will help save LGBTQ lives. Last year, Immigration Equality served more than 850 LGBTQ asylum seekers – all while maintaining our 99% success rate for asylum cases.
Our theme for this year’s Safe Haven is "Answering the Call”, because that is always our goal: to be there to support the LGBTQ and HIV-positive refugees who reach out to us for help. Only with your valuable support are we able to “Answer the Call” -- to fight for LGBTQ and HIV-positive people threatened with deportation, liberate individuals wrongly detained by ICE, and provide free legal advice to thousands.
Friend, get your tickets now.
