We’ve never seen corruption like this in the Supreme Court in modern history. In case you missed it, today ProPublica released a bombshell investigation detailing Justice Clarence Thomas’ undocumented and yearslong acceptance of an untold amount of free luxury trips and gifts from Dallas-based GOP mega-donor Harlan Crow.

Supreme Court justices hold one of the most critical roles of fairly and impartially judging on the constitutionality of our nation’s laws. 

Friend, if the allegations in this ProPublica report are true, Justice Clarence Thomas must resign from the Court immediately. Add your name to THIS PETITION to urge the immediate resignation of Justice Clarence Thomas.

As a nation, we cannot afford to have our highest court be so tainted by such blatant corruption. Our nation’s institutions are built on holding the trust and credibility of the American people, and in that regard, the Supreme Court must be -- and must remain -- the gold standard.

We’re going to keep fighting this corruption at every level -- whether it’s indicted Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton or a sitting Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. Because Texans -- and all Americans -- deserve a government they can believe in.
