I'm reaching out today because I wanted to take a moment to thank you.

You're an incredibly important part of this team, and it's the support of people like you that is the reason we are going to build the kind of campaign we need to fight back against the right wing and win.

I'm so grateful to stand by your side as our movement continues to fight for justice together.

Now, I know that me and my team reached out a lot before last week's FEC deadline. There were a lot of emails and a lot of texts, and I'm sure we weren't the only campaign sending them to you.

It's my hope that you take these messages not as an annoyance, but a sign of just how important grassroots, small-dollar donations are to this campaign.

The simple truth is that I don't accept a cent of corporate PAC money, and there are no billionaires waiting in the wings to help us out. It's pretty much the opposite, in fact.

I also don't waste a bunch of time at fundraisers or spend hours on the phone with mega-donors, because that's time I could be fighting for important policies like Medicare for All and universal school meals, or organizing with members of my community in Minnesota's 5th district.

Frankly, I also know that I don't have to — thanks to the incredible grassroots movement we've built together.

Everything that we do, we do the right way. That includes funding this campaign $5, $10, and $25 at a time — which means I must continue to ask:

Can you make a contribution of any amount to stand with me today? Every dollar will go directly toward building the kind of campaign that can fight back against the right wing and win.
